Reservations:
Reservations
are accepted up to 12 months prior to date of arrival.
Only prepaid reservations may be taken and
cancellation policy is effective immediately. If paying by cash or
check, a credit card must be presented for security deposit.
Reservations will be taken for guest in
good standing only. Any guest violating any rule may be subject to
forfeiting future reservations, subject to the cancellation policy
rules.
Violations will be considered a
self-cancellation.

Security Deposit:
Security deposit equal to one night rental fee is
due at time of reservation and must be made with credit card.

Sales Tax:
6% Sales tax will be added and charged to rental
fee.

rentals

Rules:
- No Scallop
cleaning on premises. Scallop cleaning is allowed one block
away at the Sea Hag Marina. They provide shelling table, water, and
disposal of the shells. Close to the Tiki bar, it is a very nice
environment to shell your scallops. They will even clean your
scallops for a fee if you prefer. Due to the smell left behind, we
are forced to be very strict on this rule. Deposit will be forfeited
if scallops are shelled on the property.
- Kitchen must be
clean when departing. All dishes must be washed, dried, and put
away. Dispose of all food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Tie up
the garbage and place outside in the large garbage cans. Deposit
will be forfeited if extra cleaning service is necessary due to
kitchen or dishes unclean.
- Houses and RVs are
non smoking. Smoking is allowed on the porches,
garage, decks and outside. Please do not leave your cigarette
butts on the ground. Dispose of them properly. We must be
courteous to our non smoking guests as well as to our smoking
guests. Deposit may be forfeited for extra cleaning costs if
this rule is violated.
- Parking is limited
to the designated area you rented. Plenty of parking for the allowed
guest is within your house or RV parking area. Please be
courteous to your neighbor while parking your boat or trailer.
If you need extra parking please make arrangements in
advance.
- No outside RVs are
to be brought on to the property without prior written
approval. Please do not park any vehicles besides your car or
truck and boat trailer on the
premises.
- No pets
allowed
- In case of
emergency (water leak, major repair, etc) please call the number
listed for reservation and leave a message as to the
emergency. Please do not let any known problem go unattended
to cause further damage! Thank
You.
- Damage Deposit for
each unit is due before check in. A credit card number may be given
for deposit.
Check out
Conditions: We ask our guests to leave the home in the same
general condition as it was found. If the following conditions are
not met, charges will be deducted from you deposit:
- All
furnishing must be placed in original positions
- All dishes
must be washed and put away
- All trash is
to be bagged and taken outside to the garbage cans
- Refrigerator
should be emptied of all food
- Close and
lock all windows and doors
- Carpets
vacuumed if excessive sand or dirt
- Bed linens
stripped and placed in laundry area or in tub
- All wet
towels and laundry left on non carpeted flooring
- Air
conditioning temperature set to 90`
- No
Pets Allowed * No Smoking inside * Keep noise down
